Until November 15, 2023, swim clubs have the opportunity to apply for the program "Preschool Children Learn to Swim." As part of the program by the Kinderland Baden-Württemberg Foundation, innovative projects from nonprofit clubs and initiatives or public law corporations are to be funded. These projects should be suitable for promoting the swimming ability of preschool-aged children. According to the announcement, standards should be formulated on how to alleviate children's fear of water and how their swimming ability can be promoted in a child-friendly and playful manner. The model projects should be based on an educational concept, and the swimming instructor should have a recognized qualification in the field of swimming education.

The applications consist of the completed application form, the financial plan, and, if applicable, an exemption notice and can be submitted by email starting immediately.
