Environmental protection concerns everyone, especially logistics companies.
For this reason, the logistics company Paul Schockemöhle Logistics from Mühlen actively supported environmental protection with a charity run in April 2023. With the hashtags #indieUmwelt – #fürdieUmwelt (in the environment – for the environment), the Sports For Future initiative was financially supported. For three weeks, employees could run and cycle. For every kilometer run, the company donated 50 cents, and for every kilometer cycled, 25 cents.
In total, 750 euros were raised, benefiting the reforestation project of Chepalungu Forest in Kenya. With the donation, 300 new trees can be planted!
Next year, the company plans to implement a similar action and has ambitious goals!
