In a joint appeal with over 85 signatories, the Climate Alliance Germany calls on the German federal government to raise climate and sector targets in Germany, as announced at today's press conference by the Federal Ministry for the Environment (BMU) and the German Environment Agency (UBA). The appeal also warns against false security due to the COVID-related decline in greenhouse gas emissions.
