LAUNCH OF THE DONATION CAMPAIGN OF THE ROWING NATIONAL TEAM

Heute starten wir die Sports4Trees Spendenkampagne „Ruderwald“, die wir mit den beiden Ruderinnen Fini Sturm und Carlotta Nwajide initiiert haben.

Both athletes are actively involved in climate protection beyond their sports careers and support Sports For Future! With the rowing national team, they aim to leverage their influence to raise awareness about the climate crisis in sports and beyond, inspiring more engagement in climate protection.

The goal of the project is to reduce the carbon dioxide emissions generated by transportation to competitions in the Olympic year and make a contribution to climate protection. Donations will be directed towards a reforestation project by WWF Germany in Kenya. Sports For Future will match every donation received up to the fundraising goal of €20,021!
