We have launched a fantastic new campaign with Olympic athletes through our initiative Sports4Trees!

This year, the 2021 Summer Games are dedicated to sustainability. However, the CO2 emissions generated by air travel still occur. Athletes from Germany feel the responsibility to pursue their beloved sport while protecting the climate. Therefore, they want to make an effective contribution on their own initiative. The idea of the sports-centered climate exchange was born: it is implemented through the crowdfunding platform fairplaid. Athletes offer rewards and actions with them, but free donations are also possible. The donations go towards a WWF project for reforestation in the Chepalungu Forest in Kenya.

In addition to the initiator Carina Wimmer (shooting), the campaign is supported by Anna-Maria Wagner (judo), Marc Koch (athletics), and Monika Karsch (shooting).
