The employees of the logistics company Paul Schockemöhle Logistics from Mühlen have spent and cycled 1,000 euros for environmental protection during this year's fasting and running campaign in March and April 2024. As was the case last year, the company’s colleagues were encouraged to run and ride their bikes during Lent – donations are made to this end. In recognition of the great performances of Gerd Segatz and Bianca Lüdemann, who cycled and ran the most, we gave them a pair of our Sports for Future climate socks.

Last Monday our project and communication manager Antonia Böckmann was there to accept the cheque with the proceeds of the donation and running campaign. A total of EUR 1,000 was donated to Sports for Future, which will benefit the afforestation of the Chepalungu forest in Kenya. Thanks to the generous donation, 500 new trees can be planted.
